My grandpop's MN was Parker and two of my cousins(both boys) have the name Parker. One FN and the other is a MN.

I like Parker. Mostly I prefer it for a girl but I think it's okay for a boy. Your comment is a little strange/funny but Parker does seem to be a name, or at least the type of name that would attract a lot of criticism on this board.
