[Opinions] Elodie
This name was mentioned on the United States of Tara, and I realized that I really like it. What is your opinion? I think, being American, I would just pronounce it as melody minus the m.Elodie Beatrix is cute.

I finally learned to like it after watching one of my favorite French movies for the third time. It's sweet and I love Elodie Beatrix.

It's pretty dated in France, I know many girls with the name who were all born in the early 80s. Yeah, it's just boring and dated to me.

I absolutely love it, it's one of my all-time favourites. I'd pronounce it like that as well.

I really like itI have used it about a year ago for a fictional family in an internet forum. As it is originally French, I'm not 100% sure how English-speaking people would pronounce it, but I always said "ELL-o-dee". Would that be correct? Elodie Beatrix is a particularly lovely combo, imo.

In the US I'd be afraid it would be mispronounced, but I still find it lovely. Elodie Beatrix is a very pretty combo, they balance each other well.

It seems very cutesy, so I'm surprised it isn't more popular. I don't specifically like or dislike it. I think Elodie Beatrix is an adorable combo!

It's nice enough, but I know one who's a bit annoying. I agree it goes well with Beatrix.

I do like it, actually. then again, one of my favorites is melody, so I'm biased. :)
