In 1916, Fred and Mary had their last biological child Barbara. Their oldest son William married his girlfriend Amelia in 1918. Soon afterwards she got pregnant and in 1919 she gave birth to a son named Sylvester, but when he was only a couple of months old he got sick and died soon after. William and Amelia were deeply sadend by the death of their first-born, but Amelia recently found out that she is pregnant again.
