I LOVE Camille for a girl. Just recently found Kamil (same pronunciation) for a boy and oddly enough love that too.

WDYT of using Kamil for a boy?

I was thinking of pairing it with Lorenzo.

How does Lorenzo Kamil sound? I figure it would be safe from the "it's too feminine" crowd in the middle name position.

I love Camille for a girl, but not Kamil for a boy.

It's kind of cool really. One of my doctors when I was little had the FN MN Camil Ibrahim, he was from Serbia I believe. I like Kamil best in the MN slot though, and I think Lorenzo Kamil is quite handsome.

I think it is far too close to camel. Camille is lovely for a girl though, and I have always loved Camille Marguerite.

Camille Marguerite is beautiful. I pronounce Kamil and Camille the same way though, so I don't think one is more Camel like than the other. Thanks for replying

I know a boy called Nevin Kamil. It's a really nice name :)

Lorenzo Kamil has a good sound. But really, I don't see Kamil as too feminine.

Tucked into the mn position, I think Kamil for a boy would be splendid. And I don't normally get the chance to use the word splendid. :-)

Lorenzo Kamil has just the right amount of exotic allure tempered with a known (although by no means overly used) fn. Very handsome.
