If you are writing a certain type of story, I guess having the sun-moon theme could work.
I would like them to not have the same "-ario-"/"-aria-" elements, though. It seems slightly repetitive.
How about:
Solarion and Lunara?
" Lunavia
" Lunadria
" Lunata/Lunada
