Josie was amazed that she could actually talk to this man without reserve or using the clipped professional tone that she often used with parents. When Sam mentioned that his wife had died, Josie felt an immediate connection with him. Before long, they were going out on dates. One year after they met Sam proposed. Josie accepted, all the while marveling at how she could love a man as much as she loved Sam.
Sam and Josie had a very pretty outdoor wedding, which all their kids had some part in. Amazingly, the Ellerton and Johnson kids got along wonderfully and soon took the name Johnson for themselves. Everyone was excited when Sam and Josie announced that they had a baby on the way. Nine months later the Johnson family welcomed twin girls to the family! After that they had three more children together-bringing the family total up to sixteen.
