It makes me think of jackets, not names.

I've actually considered it! It's always fascinated me, ever since I read about Jacquetta of Luxembourg, who appeared to be a strong woman ruler.
It's certainly different!
I like the Q pronounced, which I think is the normal way in English-speaking countries, otherwise it has too much jacket in it.
But I fear "jacket potato" teasing anyway.
