I don't really care for Polly alone, but I love Polly as a nickname for Mary or Penelope.
I love Penelope, nn Polly, Penny and Poppy, too cute!
I really think most middle names would work fine (Polly Jane, Polly Pearl, Polly Primrose, Penelope Daisy, Penelope Imogen, Penelope Clementine)
