I really dislike Ralph since I see it as a blue collar fat old man's name. I like Rafe though. Very dashing.

I think it's doofy pronounced RALF, but RAYF is rather handsome. I would pronounce it RALF though because that's how I always did until just recently when I heard Ralph Fiennes' name on TV... I never knew it could have that pronunciation. So anyway, I do like it if pronounced RAYF.

I like Ralph said as rayf like Ralph Fiennes.

I can't stand the sound of it. owl-f. Like vomiting. That's how it's said in the US.

In the UK, I hear it's traditionally said Rayf, and that's no t much better. It sounds pretentious.
