[Opinions] Henry, Cort, and Rio
Can you think of any names for which Henry could be a nn?
What about Cort?
Is Rio too much of a stretch as a nn for Roland?

Henry could a nn for Henrik or maybe Henderson. Cort might be a nn for Cortney, Corwin, Cornelius or Cornell.
Yes, Rio is probably a bit of a stretch for Roland, but does it really matter? Nicknames don't always have to be obvious.

Others than the ones Gia suggested; Henrik / Henric and Henrikas and some that might be a bit of a stretch: Henning, Henk, Herman
For Cort what about Corentin, Cornelius or Colbert (ok, Colbert is not the most attractive name on earth but it works as a full name for Cort;))
I do think Rio too much of a stretch for Roland, to be honest, but I think Rio is usable on its own.

Henry could be used a as nickname for more colorful forms of the name like Hendrik, Henrique, Henryk, Heinrich, Henderson, Henrikki and even Henrietta if you're into masculine nicknames on girls.
Rio (I like it on Porfirio) is a big stretch for Roland, but I guest you could make it work.
With Cort, the most obvious name would be Cortney. Cort comes from Kort which in turn comes from Conrad, so that could be used. Corbin is possible too if you are willing to stretch it.
