I love Winter Lucia and Winter Madeleine. I really like how you've teamed this more unusual first name with classic middle names. It has a very nice effect, and stops the combos from sounding too trendy, which can be a danger with word names sometimes (much to my annoyance since I love word names).
Anyway, I really like Winter.

I really like it, though I personally prefer it for a mn. Winter Anneliese, Winter Rose, Winter Rosalie and Winter Madeleine are all nice.

I would prefer:

I like it. I think Autumn, Summer, and Winter work as names, but Spring falls short.I love Winter Anneliese and Winter Rose.

I love Winter. I love how sad and natural and pensive it is. Winter Evangeline is definitely my favorite; Winter Rosalie is second. I don't really care for the others.

I like Winter Evangelina best out of yours, but some other ideas would be to tie the fn & the meaning. Say, Angerona (sounds pretty, even though it says "anger"--maybe change to Anagerona or Angorona or something?) or Morana, who are both goddesses with links to winter. Or you could take a Shakespearean twist & use something from "A Winter's Tale"--Perdita, Hermione.
I like Winter best of all with the nn Winnie. (:

Winter is a GP that I'd possibly consider for a MN. I don't know if I'd actually use it because I tend to prefer names with a longer history of usage. I'm afraid it may become dated or tied to this period of time when looking back a few decades from now. That said, there is something very appealing about it (perhaps the image of the season it conjures up- beautiful snowfall, the holidays, etc.). I think the nn Winnie is adorable. Of your combos, I really like Winter Lucia. I think Lucia adds a little bit of light to Winter. Pun intended :) It really is lovely.

I've always found it lackluster, the sound is just so empty to me, and even though it's my favorite season, I can't seem to get behind the association. That said it is pretty. Winter Lucia is a beautiful combo.

I really like it. It's got such a "cool" vibe. My favorite combo is Winter Evangeline.

Umm... I hate the season Winter, so to me the name reminds me of bitter, freezing, cold, and harsh, but if you say it with the middle name Rose, it kinda changes it, so it feels a little warm. But in order for everyone to know it was supposed to be said together, you'd have to hyphenate it, and make it Winter-Rose instead of Winter Rose. But that's just if they're reading it. if she introdces herself as Winter Rose, then that's different. I don't know. I'm weird about my names and naming preferences. Oh well, you like what you like. ☺

I adore, adore Winter for a boy but I think it's quite nice for a girl too.
My favorites out of your combos are Winter Madeleine and Winter Rosalie. Winter Rose is too much of a word name for my liking and Rose is a very fillerish. Winter Evangeline is nice but I'm a bit tired of that name. There's nothing wrong with Winter Lucia and Winter Anneliese but they don't stand out.
