Maybe it's because for years I've been interested in Jewish/Israeli culture. And I like the fact they're traditional and interesting at the same time. A few I like are:

But there's very few I actually don't like, lol. Though some might be a bit too "exotic" to use outside of a Jewish/Israeli context.
