Isaac Theodore is a great pairing!
I also love Vincent, Jude and Raphael.
From your girls list, I love Isobel. It's on our short list, as is Cecilia (though we will spell it Cecelia after my g.grandmother.)
I also love Fiona and Stella-- considered them for the short list-- and Lily and Clementine.
I used to think Lily Clementine would be the absolute perfect name, but my DH doesn't like babies to share their names with plants or objects, I guess! It is lovely, though!
