[Opinions] Beau...?
What do you think of the name Beau? I've liked it for awhile, but recently I've been loving it. I like it as a full name, but i'm not sure. So, are there any longer full names that could have Beau as a nickname? Thanks!

I think Beau is great on its own. The longer forms, like Beauregard, sound either stuffy or over the top. Beau is charming.
I ADORE Beau for a boy. And even though I'm pretty much all for a longer full name with a nickname, I really prefer Beau all on it's own. Beauregard and the like are just too...pompous and pretentious, I guess.
I also think that Bo makes a cute girl's nickname for something longer. Although I still prefer Beau on a boy.

I love Beau on its own. One option I haven't seen mentioned here is Beaudry (a surname but I've seen it used as a FN), but all the longer options sound kind of stuffy to me.
First thing I thought of was Beautiful, but that's probably not what you were going for. ;)
I like Beau a lot for a boy. I agree with one of the other comments, that Beau ages well.
In one of my favorite films, Off the Map, the little girl's name is Bo, which I think is cute--sounds feminine and whimsical.

I adore Beau, I think it is extremely handsome and it ages well
I though of Beauregard, too, as did Lovely.
Beau is possible just by itself. Better than Bo, which I see occasionally, and even know one. I think it's kind of sparce.

Beauregard is the first I thought of.
I don't mind it, though it's not really my style.
