I am loving this name today. It just sounds so awesome and so Russian, plus I love the association with Tchaikovsky? WDYTO Pyotr? WDYTO it with Ilya as the MN?

I love Pyotr! Because the Russians have patronymics and not middle names, I have a hard time with pairing Russian names with anything. Pyotr Ilya is nice.

I used to have a fish called Pjotr. He had a really tragic ending. :( I got the name from a fairytale or something. It's cute for a fish, but as a whole, I don't like it at all and prefer Peter. I don't think Pyotr Ilya flows so well.
