[Games] bananarama's History Congrats - Sign-ups and Round 1
I wanted to do another one. This time, I'll try to finish it. I decided to title it differently. It will start in 1900 and end in 1975.Rules:
- I'm taking the first 14 sign-ups.
- Feel free to use nicknames.
- Names are your choice for the entire game, but try to make them believable, i.e. I don't recommend you use names like Nevaeh or Brayden. You don't have to use musty outdated names, though.
- Do not hyperlink.
- If you want to drop out, tell me.
- There may be events in later rounds. It is the year 1900 and you have had your first child (gender is your choice). Fill out the sign-up form:LN:
DH: (date of birth)
DW: (date of birth)
D?: (date of birth)Location: (can be anywhere)IMPORTANT: Write a brief summary on the couple.

DW: Ylva Karina (January 16, 1880)(20)
DD: Karin Beata (August 12, 1900)(0)Location: Philadelphia, PA, USA
The Lindgren family emigrated from Sweden to the United States last year. Erik and Yvla left Sweden seeking a better life. They traveled from New York City to Philadelphia to live with Erik's older brother, who emigrated to the US with his wife five years before Erik and Ylva did. Erik is helping his brother-in-law run his thriving furniture and woodworking business. Ylva has a knack for the English language, and she has learned very quickly. She has established a school for children (and adults as well) that teaches in both Swedish and English. Erik and Ylva's daughter Karin was born a few months ago. They wanted her to have a name that would be easy for American people to pronounce, but that would reflect their heritage. Karin is a very healthy baby, and the Lindgren's are counting their blessings.

Helen was forced to marry Albert Tate, the son of a family friend, and when James was born it was decided that he would be considered Albert's son.
