Is there a real name that sounds like the incorrect pronunciation of Aisling? I really like the "eye" sound at the beginning.

Um, the closest I can think of is Isley. I also came across Isling as a last name and as a town in Germany, though I'm not sure how that's prn.

I saw a girl with that name on TV and she did pronounce it IEZ-lee.

I'd just go with the spelling Aisling. That is how I say it anyway.
