I went to school with a girl named Queenie throughout high school, and she was certainly not the "spoiled brat" type. Although to be honest, I do think of it as a nickname.

I know a 14 year old girl named Queenie (not a nn) and while it works now, it'll begin to sound ridiculous as she gets older.

I don't think its usable at all. Not even as a middle name

For me, names like Queenie & King & Prince are names of pets. I think of a cat when I hear Queenie, and I think of a big German Shepard dog when I hear King or Prince. Just my 2 cents.

I don't think it's usable. I don't picture a spoiled brat, but I do picture queen-sized pantyhose or one of those tiny dogs that gets carried around in a purse. I really do think Queenie would be memorable, but, perhaps, not in a good way.

It seems more like a cutesy term of endearment than a strong, substantial name.

I know women have borne this before and I know of one older woman who is a Queenie (not her real name I don't think) but it still comes off sickly sweet and also quite pompous. I'd only use it as a term of endearment, along the lines of princess and I don't much like that either.
