I love Scarlett and I don't think its too common.
The word scar doesn't bother me at all.
I immediately associate it with Scarlett O'Hara, but thats not a bad thing. I also associate it with Scarlett Pomers who has the most gorgous red hair imo.
I like both spellings, but I like Scarlett a little more.
I like Scarlett Lilia and Scarlett Katharine best.
