I like both, but Madlenka is less complicated. Its a nice alternative to all the overused Mad names.

I don't like Madlenka, but I do like Mladenka a lot. It sounds more Slavic, and Lenka would work for either one.

Mladenka! I'm really into the combined consanants. Also Madlenka just isn't as fun, it looks like an English attempt to be Eastern European, no matter how authentic it really is.

I don't really like either one (the sounds are a little harsh), but I guess I'd pick Mladenka because Lenka is a favourite of mine and with Madlenka all I see is mad + Lenka (even though it isn't prn that way). I think the nn Lenka works well for both, although it might make the 'mad' thing more obvious for Madlenka.

The ml part of Mladenka bothers me. Madlenka, on the other hand, is a cool name. It's very eastern European, but a bit edgy at the same time. Lenka is a good nickname for Madlenka, but it doesn't work for Mladenka.

Madlenka. It's easier for me to pronounce. Lenka is a cute nn. :)
