Emilia - I much prefer Amelia.
Emily nn Mila - I like Emily a lot and I don't think it needs a nickname. Mila is very pretty. It works as a name on it's own. If you really want to use a nickname for Emily then I think Mila is much better than Em or Emmy.

I don't like Emily, it's overused. Emilia "Mila" would be better.

I prefer Emilia over Emily. Emilia is regal and pretty. Emily is a bit plain and boring. Mila is a sweet nn.
