Even though it is a real name, does it come off like I'm trying to make January more like a name? Kinda... but i like it! :D

Without being told, do you think that anyone would associate it with the place in Brazil called Januaria? Januaria existed...
How do you think it is best used (first, middle, cat)? Any is fine with me... :D
