The only nickname I've heard for Jeremy aside from Jerry has been Jem. Jeremy "Jem" Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird is one example that comes to mind. I don't really see Jeremy as needing a nickname (it's my boyfriend's name, I've never heard anyone ever call him anything else) but I think Jem has more charm than any other conceiveable alternative.

As an aside, I'd ditch the idea of Remy as a possibility entirely because it's not connected to Jeremy at all.
