None of these names work for a phoenix, imo. They just sound like very girly human names to me. What were your other options?

I always give my characters human names, but...

... Gwendolen, Guinevere, and Midori were the others... not much better, but I was also thinking Iolanthe or Bellatrix. But since most of these characters have human personifications and act very much like humans, I thought these names work.

I like Midori best for a phoenix. I think I voted for that one now that I remember the poll. My second choice would be Bellatrix.
