I don't like Jayna. Jana or Janna looks a lot classier to me--preferably Jana.
Janea would be juh-NAY-ah. Pronuncing it JAY-nah would make absolutely no sense. It'd be like pronuncing Danea DAY-nah. Where's the logic in that?
