[Opinions] New twins
My neighbour had twin girls last week and they decided to name them Dorotea 'Dora' and Teodora 'Tea'. Parents are Ana and Zoran.Generally, I'm not a big fan of matchy names on siblings and even less so on twins, but I don't mind there two (in part because they're not identical twins). Dora and Tea make a nice sibset, imo.

Okay, I like both names a lot, but this is just weird. So when the parents call "Dora! Tea!" will Dorotea think they're calling just her?

Not too bad. I'm not crazy about either name or the nn's but I like them for someone else's kids.

I kind of like those. Zoran is really cool.

As Llwella said, those names are way too similar for my liking.

I like both Dorotea and Teodora, but not together. Tea and Dora are pretty, though.

I love Dorotea and loathe the sibset.

I love those names...Dorotea and Teodora. Very old fashioned.
I do prefer the English forms Dorothea/Dorothy and Theodora. I am however, glad to see those names in any language used.

I love Theodora. But Dorotea and Teadora is just stupid! I just don't understand why people make fools of themselfs by using matchy names on their twins.

Urgh, they're a bit tongue-twister-y! I rather like the parents' names, though.

EekWhile I appreciate anagrams, those are way too matchy. At least they have cute nicknames which aren't matchy.
