I really like all of the male names except Nicola, because that's 100% female to me. I also don't really like the nickname "Vicky" for Vincenzo (which is an awesome name!)Out of the girls I love Floriana, Maddelena, Francesca, Serena and Rosella. :-)

Riccardo -spelled RicardoGirls:Maddalena -prefer Magdalena

Laura -pronounced the Italian way
