A year after the engagements, Infanta Matilde and her sister, Pauline, have both married their fiances. Infanta Matilde and Valentino, Duke of Aloestream, have been wedded with a very unusual way. The marriage was conducted at night-time at a small chapel by the ocean, quite contrary to the extravagant marriage of Infanta Mina.
In the meanwhile, Infanta Mina herself has given birth to yet another daughter, christened Lady Felicia Ginevra Hermione, Grandee of Ostmead. The child was named in honour of the late Infante Jerome, whose death had passed the title of Heir Apparent to the only other son of King Max - Infante Itzal.
Impressed of their daughter's devotion to her husband, the King and Queen have decided to return Pauline's former title of Duchess of Aloestream to her, thus making her and her husband Nicolas rulers of the Duchy. Soon afterwards, the new Duke and Duchess celebrated the birth of their first child - a son named Jules Alexis.
