I definitely like the last combination! But maybe because of my name...yeah I like the second one as well.

Leanna Nicole and Sabrina Marie is okay. I don't really like any of those names, and Nicole and Marie are very fillery in the middle slot. But they're good twin names.

Lily Sophia and Amelia Corryn is GREAT! I LOVE Lily Sophia and Amelia. The only flaw is the misspelled Corrine / Corinne. Yuck. Amelia Corinne / Corrine is much nicer. Lily and Amelia are great twin names.

Austin is SO trendy, and very ugly to me. I love Elijah! I hate both Damion and Reese, sorry.

With Melissa Irene, the final uh sound of Melissa makes a hard transition to the long eye sound at the beginning of Irene. I love both names, just not together.

I am so glad that you didn't use alliteration! That annoys me when parents name their twins almost the exact same name (e.g. Lacy and Macy or Charles and Charli). It can be difficult to tell who's who, especially if they're identical twins.
