[Opinions] Joseph
I am really starting to like the name Joseph. Not really a fan of Joe or Joey but Joseph by itself is simply handsome! What do you think of Joseph?

It can be good. Have an old Cabbage Patch Kid named Joseph Jonathan. (was originally Joseph Doyle, but even back then, I thought a surname was tacky as a given name... unless it's a mn in honour of a maiden name or something)

It's my nephews names, so I naturally love it. The name seems to fit him well. His full name is Joseph Anthony and his nn is Joey, however I almost always call him Joseph.

I love Joseph! There are quite a few in my family so I plan on using it as a middle name for my second son!

I'm neutral about Joseph. I have a nephew with this name, and also just recently my niece had a boy, and named him Harper Joseph.

Joseph is a really nice classic. I don't like Joe or Joey, but Joseph is great. I'd like to use it as a middle name, though, not a first name.

I love Joseph. I'm not a fan of Joe or Joey either, just Joseph.

In general, it's a nice, solid name. I, personally, wouldn't use it, though, because of a negative association.

I love Joseph. I'm seriously considering it for a future son.

I love it as a middle. As a first, I fear it would be a bit pretentious to have people call him Joseph and never Joe. Joe's not bad though. Joseph's a family name too. So I'd use it in the middle in a heartbeat. Levi Joseph, Ingo Joseph, and Ezra Joseph are all very handsome combos to me.

I have always loved the name but would never use it because of all the nicknames...I guess nobody would call the baby full name besides me.

It was my father's name, so I've always had a bit of a soft spot for it. My father never went by it, though. He had a completely unrelated nickname. I always thought that if I'd had a second son I would have given him Joseph as a middle name in honor of my father, something that my sister actually did.If it weren't my father's name, though, I think I'd be pretty neutral about it. Don't love, don't hate.

Nice, but was common back then. Not sure how popular it is now, but I haven't seen it on too many younger people. I also know a Joseph but he is an older gentleman.

It's my son's name. So yes, I love it.

I might use it as a middle name. It was my grandfather's middle name and he's basically the only family member I have worth honoring but I don't know. Probably won't use it but like it all the same.

I really like Joseph but I strongly dislike all nicknames. Joseph is a strong name, very masculine, in my opinion and I like the look and sound of it.
