Hmm I hadn't thought of Beth for Rebecca. I kinda like it, although I like just Rebecca more. And just Bethany, actually. I kind of like Kathleen, although I like Caitlin (kaht-LEEN) more. I'd also be tempted to use Lena over Kate as well (I prefer Cate, and for Cassandra or Carlotta).
