What names could you use that you could use the nickname Nell or Nora for? Example: Eleonora nn Nora. Even if it's a stretch, that's fine too.

Personally I love Fenella and Honora / Annora nn Nell and Nora.

All of those names could work.

Eleanora for both.

Nell is traditionally the nick-name for Helen, so there's that.
