[Opinions] Dorinda
When I was at the beach I heard someone call out the name Dorinda and I had not heard it before. I thought it was interesting and a bit whimsy. Opinions?

I know a woman named it, I dislike it. She said people often call her Dorito.

I think it sounds the opposite of whimsical. In fact, when I hear it, I think of a heavyset librarian who is constantly shushing you.

It has a pretty sound to it. I think it could grow on me.

I enjoy the whimsical aspect of Dorinda; however, I prefer Dora, Doris, Dorothea, and Dorothy.

I know someone with a very similar name to this Dyrinda and it fits her spunky independant nature, I think this spelling cuter
