My name is Rosemary and my family and close friends call me Ro, which I like. I sign myself Ro in text messages and emails.
Some friends started calling me Rosie (or Rosey) which I didn't like but it stuck and I don't mind it so much now.
Occasionally people call me Rose which I don't mind. I always just introduce myself as Rosemary. I find it funny how some people just take it upon themselves to give me a nickname. I don't mind though, because I take it as a sign of friendship.
