I love Ezra and plan on using it if I have a boy. I love the combo Ezra Asher. Ezra and Penelope don't fit IMO because of the origins.

Another Hebrew name would fit the sibset better imo:
Ezra and Adina
Ezra and Merav
Ezra and Miriam
Ezra and Susannah
Ezra and Tamar
