[Opinions] Jove
What about Jove for a boy? It is similar to the sleekness of Jude to me.Jove Alastair
Jove Alban
Jove Alexander
Jove Arthur
Jove Asher
Jove August
Jove Augustin
Jove Benjamin
Jove Edmund
Jove Edwin
Jove Laszlo
Jove Oliver
Jove TheodoreThat being said, I also like Jovian, and have always liked Jovian Alexander, but I seem to be the only one with an appreciation for it. I guess it is because I used to know someone I used to think was cool named Jovian, though nearly everyone called him Jupiter.

CoolI can't decide if I do or don't like your Jove combos in which the mn starts with a vowel. I say that only because the one that most leaps out at me, Jove Asher, comes out "Joe Vasher" when I say it out loud, and I find all the vowel-started mn's do that. Makes me like Jove Theodore best.Jovian Alexander is cool, but Alexander automatically makes any combo cool. Problem for me is, the first thing I think when I read Jovian is "jovial."

But... jovial is a great connotation. :)

It is, it isbetter than Jupiter, honestly. With Jupiter, no matter how hard you try to avoid it, some day Uranus will get mentioned. ;p

Hm. Not bad. I don't like Jude at all, actually, but I do like Joe and Job quite a bit so the sound of Jove does attract me. (As an aside: I really do like Joe, not even just tolerate it or whatnot. I think it sounds clean-cut and lively.) I like Jovan, too, even though I purposefully mispronounce it. ;-)Your combos are good; I particularly like Jove Laszlo, Jove Edmund, and Jove Augustin. It's a surprisingly versatile name. Since it reminds me of so many others and honestly, I didn't make any immediate assumptions about its origin, it crosses ethnic name lines quite well for me.

Never heard it, but I think I really like it. I'd be delighted to meet a Jove. I think it would work well with most middle names, so maybe your better off just going with an honoring name?

I enjoy both the sound and the classical significance of Jove; however, I'm not certain that I like it as an appellation.Jove Alastair, Jove Alexander, Jove Arthur, and Jove Edmund delight me.

I like the name Jove. I have a friend goes by Jove, because it's his last name and his first name is dull as dirt. I like Alexander, Benjamin and Edmund as mns.
