Cameron is all boy to me, but I don't really like it. I had a friend from high school (a girl) named Camryn. While I wouldn't use Camryn either, I think it ages well. I like that spelling (and pronunciation -- I say it KAM-rin whereas Cameron is KAM-er-in). Camryn doesn't look made-up to me like Kamryn does. That K just reeks of "kre8tyvity" IMO.
