[Opinions] My brother's Russian name list
Okay my brother's twelve, Irish-Polish American, and for some odd reason I've noticed he happens to love Russian names. This newfound knowledge tickles me to death. I prefer to use Polish names to honor the heritage I am very proud of. He's more into his Irish heritage...Tomorrow he wants me to bring him a list of Irish names. Well here is the result of running virtually all the Russian names in the database by him. I had a lot of fun exploring the names with him. The boys list is so colorful. The girls' list is short. He's really picky about them, but the ones that are on there he really loves. I tried to get the spellings he prefers. WDYT?Nikolai

Aleksandr (nn Aleks or Aleksi)
Borislav nn Boris, occasionally (doesn't like Boris by itself though)
Feliks
Yaroslav nn Yaro
Miloslav nn Milo
Nikodim

Dimitri

I know a Feliks and a Roman of Polish background, so that could work well.
