Honestly, I don't see what's appealing about Saber. It's a big sword, so as a name it's phallic at best, cruel at worst. It would be even more atrocious on a girl.

People name girls Rose and Lily and Daisy; personally I'd much rather be named a sword than a flower. Even though in reality I only like it on a boy, but still.

hmm, what about a just middle ground?

...in between girly-girl and and agressive and, there's no way around it, phallic?

Anyway, I don't think it's nice to name a child of either gender like an instrument of death.
