I was in a little town in Italy near Siena called Rosia, so it makes me think of that. I always thought it would make a pretty name. I'm not sure about middle names.

She'd get called Rosa a lot. It just looks like an overwrought form of Rosa, really.

Prefer Rose and variants, but I'd pronounce it the same way as you at first glance.

Sorry - not keen. With all the established Rose names out there that you could use and have nns for it seems an unnecessary complication, and liable to be mistaken for Rosa misspelled as well as pronounced "rosier"
