[Opinions] Ned
Alright I don't know if I have gone crazy but this name i probably would have never looked at and now I really like it. Is it so far gone it's in? What are your thoughts on the name?

I don't like it. I went to school with a Ned and it always sounded incomplete. But hey, that's just my opinion. =)

Love it!I had a class with a boy last year who was from England named Ned, it was short of Edward. The boy was incredibly smart and attractive (a tennis player), so I have only good connotations. I think asthetically Ned is simple but unusual.

I think it's adorable as a nickname for Edward. I love Ted too.

I like it, just because it brings to mind the 18th century and earlier, and I'm into those old historical nns. Unfortunately, Ned Flanders has made this name near unusable. Maybe in another 20 years it can come back.

I think Ned is an adorable nick name. Not so much as a given name.

It's my favorite NN for Edward but I don't like it on its own.

It's ok as a nn for Edward, Edmund, Edgar, etc.

Ned Flanders is all I can think of.
