[Opinions] WDYTO Marguerite?
Also, does it sound too "old"? That's my main worry.
FN/MN recommendations welcome :)

I like it. The only one I know is 70-ish, but I don't think it sounds dated.
I love it. It is my little sister's name so I don't think it sounds too old. There are lots of great nns for it as well that you can use when she is young if you think Marguerite is too much name for a little one. We call my sister Daisy :-)
She is Marguerite Siena Catherine by the way.
How about:
Marguerite Rosalie
Marguerite Alaia
Marguerite Isabelle
Marguerite Iris
Marguerite Helene
Marguerite Alessandra
Marguerite Liora

I don't think it sounds too old. I knew a girl who went by Rita. I also love Margot so I would probably use that as a NN. Not that you asked about NN, but there you go! :)
Marguerite Louisa
Marguerite Celine (Frenchy?) / Selene
For some reason I want to pair it with very soft names like Marguerite Cecile
Marguerite Fleur
Marguerite Saffron (I don't even really like Saffron as a name but it just sounds really pretty I think)

I like Marguerite more as a middle name than a first name. It doesn't sound old, but it *does* sound prissy.
I think it's very beautiful and certainly not too "old" - after all, Matilda is riding high in the name charts at the moment, and if that can come in from the cold, then Marguerite can for sure. It hasn't been over-used in any one generation to be "old lady" in any case.
It has the "youthful" nns Daisy and Margot.
Marguerite is lovely as a fn as well as a mn.
Marguerite Delphine
Marguerite Elinor
Marguerite Grace
Marguerite Hazel
Marguerite Hilary
Marguerite Jasmine
Marguerite Lavinia
Marguerite Leila
Marguerite Raine
Marguerite Rosalind
Marguerite Sophie
Marguerite Tamsin
Marguerite Zoe

No, not too old at all. So pretty. Would her nn be Maggie?
I really like it! Margaret is my all time favorite name, so any form of it/similar sounding name I tend to like as well. I don't think Marguerite sounds old at all. It sounds very elegant. My favorite combo with it is Claire Marguerite.
I like it and it sounds very youthful to me.
I think it works best in the MN slot.
Some combos that come to mind:
Ilse Marguerite
Rosa Marguerite
Lily Marguerite
Sarah Marguerite
Esther Marguerite
Gianna Marguerite
Anne Marguerite

I like it. My step mom is named Marguerite so it doesn't sound to old to me. I like Alice Marguerite for a combo.
