The King family are a newly blended family. Isaac was in an on-again, off-again relationship with his girlfriend for 4 years. Just before Aydin turned 1, she packed up and left without leaving a forwarding address. Isaac has been a single father since. Dee got pregnant by her high school boyfriend. He stuck around long enough to name the child, but not long enough to even change a diaper. Neither of the couple are happy with their current children's names, as it mostly reflects the missing parent's style.
Isaac's name can be roughly translated into "laughing prince", and Dee's name can be roughly translated into "intoxicating woman". Both love the meaning behind the name, and are looking to find a name with a meaning for their daughter.
