Jo met Niko on her trip to europe. Jo was sitting in a little café in Athens where Niko was working. He immediately was fascinated by this beautiful & chaotic woman, who spilled half her coffee while trying to order some cake. Niko spent his lunch break chatting to Jo, and soon they discovered that Niko actually lived and studied in NY and that he was just visiting his family over the summer. Back home in the US Jo and Niko started to date, and about 2 years after they first met they got married. Well... actually Jo didn't just marry Niko... in fact she married his whole family. At first she felt strange about all those uncles, aunts and cousins that suddenly belonged to "her" family, but she got used to it and now really enjoys beeing "a Xanthopoulos". =))
