I don't really like Kay except as a nn for Katherine or Kathleen. I prefer Katie, Kit & Kitty as nns for Katherine.
I really dislike Kayla but Kaylie is okay but rather popular. I'd spell it Kaylie or Kayleigh.
I don't really like any of the other names on your list.
