I happen to be partial to Kay because it's my nn. (I spell it Kae.)
I like Kay, Kayla, Kayli (spelled like that) and Kaylena.
Other name possibilities: Kaylen, Kayden, Kaya (pr. either KY-uh or KAY-uh) and Kayta.
