As I wrote, Ksiezniczka (kshyen-zhnitch-kha, accented on the second syllable) is definitely NOT a name in Polish and I doubt you would want to saddle any real person with it anyway.
But I just thought of an alternative - similar sounding would be the lovely Russian name Ksenya (you could also spell it Xenia, but it would probably get pron. Zee-nya. It's also used in other EasternEuropean countries.
