I love the name Poppy, but I don't think I would actually name my daughter that. I'm thinking Penelope Louise and calling her Poppy as a nickname.

I say if Peggy can work as a NN for Margaret, Poppy can work as a NN for Penelope. It's not that much of a stretch.
