I like:
Annie
Edie
Evie
but I think only Annie and Evie can stand alone, since each is as close to their Hebrew roots (Chana & Chava) as are Anne and Eve.
By contrast, Edie doesn't capture the entire meaning of Edith.
Even so, Annie is the only one I'd give in its own right, because there have been enough precedents.
