-I didn't like it at first, but it grew on me. I can easily see it on a girl. The only thing is, I *hate* the Cyrus family link, and I think the name may have a boost in popularity because of them.
Which do you prefer?

If you want to use that name for a girl I think you should spell it Noa. I came across my very first female Noa when I lived in France and if I remember correctly it was a very popular name for girls in Belgium (I lived close to the Belgian border). I don't really mind Noa on a girl but since Noa is the standard spelling for boys where I live it just seems like a very maculine name to me.
My combo suggestion is Noa Victoria

People on this website seem to have a fetish with this name on a girl...it's weird.
I'm seriously allergic to this name. I think Noa is a supremely ugly name on a girl. I know it's different from the masculine Noah of the Ark fame, but it still strikes me as horrible. It's very popular in Israel right now, but I don't understand the attraction elsewhere.
It's so short and plain - lacking the charm of Eva, Eve, or Ava.
I also think it will fall from popularity as fast as it rose, dating all those little girls out there who have the misfortune to bear it.

I hate Noa, it is a horrible, tacky spelling of an obviously male name. I know two guys named Noah; they are both funny and outgoing, therefore I like that name for a boy since I have a positive image of it. Noa makes me think of Miley Cyrus' nine-year old little sister who wears bikinis and poses on stripper poles.
Noah was a girl in the bible. One of the first girls who was ever allowed to inherit from her father. Whether you spell it Noah or Noa doesn't matter as it gets translated from Hebrew by sound. However in Hebrew it's written with the same final character as Hannah and Sarah so spelling it with an H for a girl makes sense. By the way, it has a complete different spelling and meaning (in Hebrew) than the male Noah.
